For over 50 years, the Lord's Acre celebrates the Church's unity, stewardship, and service to Springtown. Through this celebration we carry on the Methodist tradition of the Old Testament pattern of dedicating the "first fruits" on one's way of making a living to the church.

On the last Sunday of September, the church opens it's doors for a day of fellowship with the community. The morning starts with the Methodist Womens' Bake Sale, the Country Store and a silent auction. Games, booths and snacks for the children are available outside while the Methodist Men cook up a delicious lunch. The finale is the Live Auction. The most popular items of the auction are the quilts handcrafted by the Quilting Club.
